Wealth Maximiser & Costco Shop Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Wealth Maximiser Costco Shop Card Offer (Offer). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 17th February 2025 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 17th April 2025 (Offer Period).
  4. The Offer entitles Costco Executive Members who purchase one of the following Wealth Maximiser subscription plans to receive a Costco Gift Card for the following value:
    1. Bronze annual subscription for $699 – Executive Member receives a $100 Shop Card
    2. Silver annual subscription for $999 –  Executive Member receives a $150 Shop Card
    3. Gold annual subscription for $1899 – Executive Member receives a $250 Shop Card
  5. The Offer is only for those customers who keep Wealth Maximiser subscription for more than 60 days. If the customer cancels their Wealth Maximiser subscription in under 60 days, no Giftcard will be provided.
  6. The Offer is available in conjunction with the purchase of a Wealth Maximiser annual plan (whether Bronze, Silver or Gold) during the Offer Period.
  7. The Offer is not available for Members who purchase the Silver monthly or Gold monthly subscription.
  8. In order to receive the Offer, claimants may be required to share their Costco Membership number with NobleOak and Costco.[AU1]
  9. The Offer does not apply for any subsequent Wealth Maximiser subscription payments  e.g. Members will not receive a second Shop Card at their annual renewal.
  10. The Offer is open only to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Entrants”). Both Wealth Maximiser and the Offer are unavailable to people who are:
    1. temporary visa holders
    2. going through a marital or de facto relationship separation
    3. experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness, or
    4. earning more than $500,000 gross per year (based on individual income).
  11. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  12. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of NobleOak. In the event that a customer cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  13. These Costco Shop Card Offer Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by NobleOak. You agree to be bound by these Costco Shop Card Offer Terms and Conditions as modified and appearing on the NobleOak website (wealthmaximiser.com.au).
  14. NobleOak reserves the right to disqualify any person who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion.
