Wealth Maximiser Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the referral by existing customers of new customers for a 2 Week Free Trial (also known as 14 Day Free Trial) with a Wealth Coach (Referral Offer). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions as well as the other Terms and Conditions applicable to Wealth Maximiser available on the Wealth Maximiser website at [https://wealthmaximiser.com.au/page/terms-and-conditions].
  3. The Referral Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 1st December 2025 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 28th February 2026 (Offer Period).
  4. If, during the Offer Period:
    1. you refer a new customer for a 2 Week Free Trial, and
    2. that customer buys a membership plan,

you (the Referrer) and the new customer (the Referee) will be eligible to receive a $50 credit towards a Wealth Maximiser plan. This will be credited to the card details we have on file.

  1. In order to redeem the $50 credit, you must have an existing subscription to Wealth Maximiser (Bronze yearly, or Silver or Gold monthly or yearly) prior to the referred customer’s 2 Week Free Trial call taking place.
  2. Within 10 business days of the referee’s membership uptake, you and the referee will receive a $50 credit in the bank account you have used to pay for your Wealth Maximiser plan.
  3. The Referral Offer can only be used for a new customer.
  4. The Referral Offer can be claimed multiple times by a Referrer. For example, if you invite two new customers who both take up a membership, you will receive two $50 credits, totalling $100 of credit to be applied towards your account.
    1. A Referrer can continue to receive $50 credits until the total amount they have paid year to date for their Wealth Maximiser plan is less than $50. For instance, if a Referrer paid $699 for a Bronze yearly plan, they could receive $50 credits for up to 13 referrals. After that, the remaining amount is less than $50, so no more credits can be earned.
  5. NobleOak Services Limited as operator of Wealth Maximiser reserves the right to withdraw the Referral Offer at any time without notice at its discretion in instances where it reasonably considers or suspects that the Referral Offer is being used in bad faith or in circumstances where referrals are not genuine.
  6. In order for you to be eligible for the Referral Offer, the new customer you refer must:
    1. :
      1. be a permanent resident of Australia;
      2. be over 18 years at the time of referral;
  • participate in a 2 Week Free Trial during the Offer Period;
  1. take up a membership plan
  2. either provide the Referrers email address via email to [email protected] within the offer period
  1. not:
    1. be a temporary visa holders;
    2. be going through a marital separation;
  • be experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness;
  1. Existing customers can refer friends and family members, but can’t refer themselves.
