Terms and Conditions 5 January 2025

1. Promoter
The promoter is Wealth Maximiser, provided by NobleOak Services Limited ABN 66 112 981 718 AFSL
286798, a subsidiary of NobleOak Life Limited ABN 85 087648 708 AFSL No. 247302., Level 4, 44 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion
The promotion is a free-entry game of chance conducted to promote Wealth Maximiser services (“Promotion”).

3. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian permanent residents and citizens aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter and their immediate families, and the Promoter’s agencies directly associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. Promotion period
The Promotion commences Friday 9th January 2025 at 9.00am AEDT and closes 23rd January 2026 at 6.00pm AEDT (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. How to enter
• Entry is free. No purchase is required.
• During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must:
• Visit https://www.wealthmaximiser.com.au/maximisereffectprize/; and
• Complete and submit the online entry form in full, including all mandatory fields.
• Only complete and legible entries received during the Promotion Period will be valid.
• One entry per person unless otherwise stated on the entry page. Multiple entries (if permitted) must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Influencer promotion
• The Promotion will be advertised and promoted via various influencers’ channels and other marketing channels as determined by the Promoter.
• Influencer content is promotional only; all entries must be submitted via https://www.wealthmaximiser.com.au/maximisereffectprize/.

7. Consent to contact and marketing
By entering the Promotion, entrants:
• Consent to the Promoter collecting, using and storing their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and fulfilling prizes.
• Agree to be contacted by Wealth Maximiser (including by phone, SMS, email and other digital means) about products, services, offers and promotions, and agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at www.wealthmaximiser.com.au/privacy-policy
• Irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the Promoter (and its agencies, affiliates, and licensees) using their name, likeness, image, voice, and any footage or photographs taken of them in marketing materials, promotions, and communications worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, royalties, or further approval
• Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications.

8. Prize details
• Total prize pool: AUD $12,000 (including GST).
• There are 10 prizes to be won.
• Each prize is a 1-year Silver Subscription to Wealth Maximiser valued at AUD $1,200 (including GST) (“Prize”).
• The Prize is subject to the standard Wealth Maximiser terms in force from time to time.

9. Prize conditions
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services, except as required by law.
• If any Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or higher value, subject to any regulatory approval required.
• Prizes must be activated or redeemed by the date and in the manner notified to each winner; failure to do so may result in forfeiture.

10. Draw details
• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
• The draw will take place at 12:30 pm (AEDT) on Monday 26th January 2026 at the Wealth Maximiser offices, Level 4, 44 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• The Promoter will conduct a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The first 10valid entries drawn will each win one Prize.

11. Winner notification and publication
• Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact details provided on their entry within 2 business days of the draw.
• The last name, initial of the first name of winners will be published at www.wealthmaximiser.com.au/winners within 7 days of the draw.

12. Unclaimed prize draw
• If any Prize is unclaimed or a winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at least 3 months after the original draw, subject to any regulatory
requirements.
• The draw will take place at 12:30 pm (AEDT) on Friday 17 April 2026 at the Wealth Maximiser offices, Level 4, 44 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Any winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winners.

13. Verification
• The Promoter may request entrants or winners to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility (including acceptable identification documents).
• If an entrant or winner fails to provide required proof within the time reasonably specified, the Promoter may disqualify the entry and/or forfeit the Prize.

14. Disqualification
The Promoter may invalidate any entry or disqualify any entrant who:
• Submits an entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, late or non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions;
• Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, draw, website, or interferes with the fair conduct of the Promotion; or
• Provides false information or behaves in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with this Promotion or any Prize, including as a result of:
• Any technical issues, delays, or failures in any equipment, systems or software;
• Any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
• Any Prize being lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected in transit; or
• Any act or omission (including negligence) of the Promoter or any third party.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies or any guarantees, warranties or other conditions implied or imposed by law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

16. Privacy
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, contact entrants, and award Prizes. If the information requested is not provided, entrants may not be able to participate.
• Personal information may be disclosed to service providers who assist with the administration of the Promotion (including IT, marketing, fulfilment and legal providers) and to regulatory authorities where required.
• The Promoter’s privacy policy (available at www.wealthmaximiser.com.au/privacy-policy) contains information about how personal information is handled, how entrants can access or correct their personal information and how to complain about a privacy issue.

17. General
• Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions if reasonably necessary and subject to any regulatory approval requirements (if applicable).
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth of Australia.
