Ladies Finance Club Membership – Wealth Maximiser Package Terms and Conditions
1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.
2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Wealth Maximiser x Ladies Finance Club Membership Package (Offer). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 28 August 2025 and ends at 12:00 am on 31 December 2025 (Offer Period).
4. To activate this offer, customers must enter the code ‘LFCDIAMONDAUG’ on the Wealth Maximiser pricing page (https://wealthmaximiser.com.au/pricing) during the Offer Period.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
6. This Offer is open only to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Entrants”). Both Wealth Maximiser and the Offer are unavailable to people who are: – Temporary visa holders – Going through a marital or de facto relationship separation – Experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness
7. During the complimentary 3-month period, eligible Diamond members of the Ladies Finance Club will receive:
– 1x Strategy Session with a licensed financial adviser
– 1x Personalised Statement of Advice (SOA) – a financial plan tailored to the member’s goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation
– Year-long Action Plan
– Detailed 90-Day Action Roadmap – specifying the first steps to be completed within the initial 3 months
– Superannuation product selection support call with Financial Adviser (if applicable to their advice)
– Access to monthly group coaching sessions
– Personalised monthly emails
8. After the initial 3-month period: – Members who wish to continue receiving Wealth Maximiser services must purchase a standard Wealth Maximiser package.
– Members will receive an email 1 month before their 3-month period is up to confirm if they would like to continue using the service. – Paid packages include access to: – Group coaching sessions – Detailed guidance on the next financial actions delivered through a Record of Advice – Product selection support (for Silver & Gold packages only) – Ongoing check-ins with a Wealth Coach (for Silver & Gold packages only) See details of Wealth Maximiser packages here: https://www.wealthmaximiser.com.au/pricing/
9. As part of the ongoing partnership with Ladies Finance Club, anyone who begins their Wealth Maximiser journey through the Diamond membership is eligible for 20% off the Wealth Maximiser Silver monthly package after the first three month period (see separate T&Cs for details).
10. Pricing and Discounts: – This offer is available for Diamond Ladies Finance Club members only
11. Cancellation and Offboarding: – If a member cancels their Ladies Finance Club membership during the 3-month period, access to Wealth Maximiser services will be discontinued – If a member cancels their Ladies Finance Club membership after the 3-month period, and the Members has paid for a Wealth Maximiser package, they may continue with their existing Wealth Maximiser package
12. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by NobleOak. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as modified and appearing on the Wealth Maximiser website (wealthmaximiser.com.au).
13. NobleOak reserves the right to disqualify any person who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion.
