Free Will & Power of Attorney provided by Willed for first 20 people to complete their Wealth Maximiser profile

  1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.
  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Free Will & Power of Attorney provided by Willed for first 20 people to complete their Wealth Maximiser profile Offer (Offer). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 06 March 2025 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 15 March 2025 (Offer Period).
  3. The Offer is available for the first 20 customers who create and complete a new Wealth Maximiser profile during the Offer Period. To complete a Wealth Maximiser profile a customer must answer all questions until they see their Wealth Health Score. A customer does not need to purchase a Wealth Maximiser subscription to be eligible.
  4. In order to receive the Offer, claimants must be one of the first 20 customers to create and complete a Wealth Maximiser profile during the Offer Period. The Wealth Maximiser team will then email the customer a personalised code which can be redeemed on the Willed website (https://www.willed.com.au/online-will/?utm_source=wealthmaximiser&utm_medium=aff). The customer must enter their code in the checkout page before purchasing the Will and Power of Attorney.
  5. Wealth Maximiser is only available to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Entrants”). Both Wealth Maximiser and the Offer are unavailable to people who are: a. temporary visa holders, b. going through a marital or de facto relationship separation, c. experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness, or d. earning more than $500,000 gross per year (based on individual income).
  6. Wealth Maximiser and Willed have a marketing partnership. NobleOak does not provide does not provide the Will or Power of Attorney. Willed Pty LTD provides the Wills and Power of Attorney.
  7. Enduring Power of Attorney only available in NSW, Victoria, Queensland. Enduring Power of Attorney only covers financial, medical and personal matters. There is an ongoing $15 annual subscription fee for Willed 12 months after setting up the will. Willed is solely responsible for the drafting and validity of the POA.   8. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  9. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of NobleOak. In the event that a customer cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  10. These Offer Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by NobleOak. You agree to be bound by these Offer Terms and Conditions as modified and appearing on the Wealth Maximiser website (wealthmaximiser.com.au).
  11. NobleOak reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion.
