Gold for Silver Offer Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.  
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Wealth Maximiser $100 Off Offer (Offer). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.  
  3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 09 April 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2026 (Offer Period).  
  4. The Offer is available in conjunction with the purchase of a Wealth Maximiser Gold package during the Offer Period, where the customer pays the price of the applicable Wealth Maximiser Silver package.
  5. The Offer is available for either:
    • a Silver monthly price applied to a Gold monthly subscription; or
    • a Silver annual price applied to a Gold annual subscription.

    The Offer does not reduce the Gold package inclusions. Customers receive the full Wealth Maximiser Gold service during the period the Offer applies. Note the offer applies only for the remainder of the current year for the client e.g. if a client utilises this offer and they are in month 9 of their Wealth Maximiser experience, they will have access to the Gold service from Month 9-12.

  6. To receive the Offer, customers must contact the Wealth Maximiser team, and the servicing team will apply the Offer on the customer’s behalf during the Offer Period.
  7. The Offer comprises the following discount or refund for customers who sign up for and make a payment on a Wealth Maximiser plan (whether Bronze, Silver or Gold) during the Offer Period: a. for customers who have already paid for a yearly plan they will receive a $100 refund. b. for customers who have already paid for a monthly plan they will receive a $100 discount on their next monthly payment. c. for customers who have not paid yet they will receive a discount of $100 on their first payment
  8.  In each case the discount will be applied automatically by servicing team.
  9. This Offer is open only to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Entrants”). Both Wealth Maximiser and the Offer are unavailable to people who are: a. temporary visa holders, b. going through a marital or de facto relationship separation, c. experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness, d. earning less than $50,000 gross per year, e. earning more than $500,000 gross per year (based on individual income);  
  10. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.  
  11. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of NobleOak. In the event that a policyholder cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.  
  12. These $100 Off Offer Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by NobleOak. You agree to be bound by these $100 Off Offer Terms and Conditions as modified and appearing on the NobleOak website (wealthmaximiser.com.au).
  13. NobleOak reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion.
