Wealth Maximiser 14 Day Free Trial Offer Terms and Conditions    

  1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.  
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Wealth Maximiser 14 Day Free Trial Offer (“Offer”). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid. 
  3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 8th October 2025 and end 11:59pm 31st October 2025 (“Offer Period”). 
  4. The Offer is only available in conjunction with the purchase of a Wealth Maximiser Bronze, Silver or Gold monthly or annual package from the Offer Period.  
  5. In order to receive the Offer, participants must request a Sales Consultant to activate the free trial for them or enter their card details via the pricing page during the Offer Period .
  6. The participant will not be charged for the first 14 days. After this period, the participant will be charged the amount specified on the pricing page for their chosen package unless they contact us via email at [email protected], call on 1300 249 084 or request it via the Your Profile section of the Portal, to request a cancellation.
  7. This Offer is open only to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Entrants”).
  8. Both Wealth Maximiser and the Offer are unavailable to people who are: 
    • Temporary visa holders 
    • Going through a marital or de facto relationship separation 
    • Experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness 
  9. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.  
  10. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of NobleOak. In the event that a participant cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.  
  11. These 14 Day Free Trial Offer Conditions may be modified at any time by NobleOak. You agree to be bound by these Conditions as modified and appearing on the Wealth Maximiser website (wealthmaximiser.com.au). 
  12. NobleOak reserves the right to disqualify any person at its sole discretion.
