  1. Wealth Maximiser is operated by NobleOak Services Limited (“NobleOak”, “We” or “Our”) ACN 112 981 718 AFSL 286798, Level 4/ 44 Market Street Sydney 2000.
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Wealth Maximiser 20% Off Offer (Offer). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 15th January 2025 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 15th February 2025 (Offer Period).
  4. The Offer is available in conjunction with the purchase of a Wealth Maximiser yearly or monthly plan (whether Bronze, Silver or Gold) during the Offer Period.
  5. In order to receive the Offer, claimants must enter the code ‘WilledVIP’ on the Wealth Maximiser pricing page (https://wealthmaximiser.com.au/pricing) during the Offer Period.
  6. The Offer comprises the 20% discount for the first payment made by new customers who sign up for and make a payment on a Wealth Maximiser yearly or monthly plan (whether Bronze, Silver or Gold) during the Offer Period.
  7. The offer does not apply for the next payment made for the plan e.g. the second monthly payment will be charged at full price
  8. In each case the discount will be applied automatically before purchase.
  9. This Offer is open only to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Entrants”). Both Wealth Maximiser and the Offer are unavailable to people who are:
  10. temporary visa holders
  11. going through a marital or de facto relationship separation
  12. experiencing a major medical episode or critical illness
  13. earning more than $500,000 gross per year (based on individual income);
  14. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  15. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of NobleOak. In the event that a policyholder cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  16. These 20% Off Offer Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by NobleOak. You agree to be bound by these 20% Off Offer Terms and Conditions as modified and appearing on the NobleOak website (wealthmaximiser.com.au).
  17. NobleOak reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion.
